How to Access the Admin Dashboard

The Admin Dashboard provides the coordinator a tool to schedule programs online, look up each Learner enrolled in their program(s) using the e-learning system, as well as manage the program.  The learner would have used an enrollment code.  Only coordinators have access to this Admin Dashboard tool.

Access

  • Log into APhA’s website, www.pharmacist.com
  • Click through Continuing Education, My Training,
  • Left click on your name
  • Drop down box will have Admin Dashboard link

NOTE:  If this is the first time you have logged in you will; get Your Account page which will ask for your designation (required) & id number (optional), and NPI (required).  If you do not have a NPI and/or do not work for a patient services provider, please enter 10 zeros for the NPI.  Once you have answered these basic questions, then you can proceed with the directions below.
