Who can enroll for an APhA learning activity?

Most APhA learning activities are open to anyone.  If you are not a pharmacist or are a pharmacist outside of the United States, but still would like to earn a transcript of continuing education to provide to your respective board, just follow the instructions below:

  1. Create a CPE Monitor account and obtain a NABP eProfile ID Number at Create CPE Monitor Account
    1. In order to obtain an eProfile number, you will be asked for your social security number.
  2. Create an APhA profile (if you do not have one already).
  3. CLAIM credit for any completed activity. You can submit the resulting Transcript of CPE to your respective board.

If you need an NABP e-Profile ID but do not have a Social Security number, you will need to complete documentation regarding your status.

  • If you are seeking licensure through a US board of pharmacy, and are either unable to obtain a US Social Security number from the Social Security Administration or are in the process of obtaining a Social Security number, fill out the Waiver for Individuals with No Social Security Number and submit it according to the instructions on the form.
  • If you are not seeking licensure in the United States, you may complete a separate form, the Non-United States Pharmacist Waiver Form.

Once you have submitted the waiver form, the customer service team of National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) will create your e-Profile and provide you with your login information via email, or chat live with an NABP Customer Service agent during business hours. Please NOTE: The American Pharmacists Association (APhA) does not issue the NABP eProfile ID.
