Where is my reissued certificate?

A certificate request is usually processed within 24 hours. Once a certificate request is processed, the reissued certificate is uploaded to your APhA profile / account. Please login to pharmacist.com, and click on My Account, click on Biography & Attachments where you should find your certificate.

If you do not find the certificate, please talk/chat with our APhA Customer Support.

Please note: If you faxed or mailed in a request to have your certificate of achievement reissued, you may be contacted to pay your $25 reissue fee. You can be proactive by looking on your My Account page to see if you have an order for $25. Go ahead and pay it and you can reach out to alert customer support that you have paid. (It is helpful if you provide them the Order Number).
