Coordinator Access to Learner Certificates
Coordinators are the point persons between their organization and APhA. This point person has Power User status in the LMS which gives them access and special permissions for the courses and learning plan(s) they manage.
If a learner has completed the certificate program since February 2022, the Power User will be able to print the certificate to keep in their files. NOTE: Each learner has access to their own certificate and APhA does have a reissuing of certificate process. The coordinator is not required to provide the learner with their own certificate.
If the learner completed the certificate program prior to February 2022, the coordinator does not have access to the certificate. The learner should be pointed to APhA's website, Education, Education FAQs to find the instructions and form to submit to the customer service team for reissuance. There is a $25 fee per certificate request for this service.
Coordinator Access to Certificate
From Admin Menu / gear icon in upper right corner:
- Select Certificate Template
- Select people & certificate icon
- Select Course and the specific Post Live Activity
- Search by learner's name and then click certificate icon beside their name
Each certificate must to downloaded one at a time.
