I am missing my first name on my account
While creating an online account, the first name box may not show required. However, by not filling this box your certificate, badge, mailing will just have your last name. You may have to request a reissue and this will cost $25. However, then it will be uploaded to your APhA account and will remain there unless you delete it.
Please contact APhA's Customer Support via chat/email/phone and one of our specialists will be glad to add your first name onto your account. Please be sure to provide them with your email address and city/state so that they can ensure they have the right account.
Once your first name has been added to your account, you will then be able to log into www.pharmacist.com and proceed as normal.
