Learner not seeing CPE on CPE Monitor account
Every organization providing ACPE CPE credit is required to report educational completions to CPE Monitor on behalf of the learner. APhA accomplishes this when the learner finishes an APhA learning activity that offers CPE and has their accurate NABP e-Profile information in their account. This process is intended to occur nearly in real-time; however, delays of several hours may occur depending on the volume of CPEs being processed by CPE Monitor from all providers.
Fact: The learner's PIN was set to their birth month and day in MMDD format when they requested their NABP eProfile ID. For example, if their date of birth is May 5, their PIN would be 0505.
- Please verify your entry for any typing errors.
- Once learners have entered their NABP e-Profile information, the system is set up so they can "Verify" after entering and then it will be Successfully Verified. For any changes, they have to contact Customer Service.
Some things to check
Double Accounts
APhA (Personify) account: Customers should have only one APhA (Personify) account that is consistently updated throughout their career. Having multiple accounts can lead to confusion and inefficiencies. If a customer has more than one account, it’s essential to verify with them which account to retain and follow the appropriate protocol.
Before the designated team members proceed with the merging, the following steps should be taken:
- When merging accounts, ensure that license information is not duplicated. For instance, if two accounts contain NABP eProfile information, confirm the correct details with the learner and then remove the redundant NABP information. The same applies to Primary and Non-Primary, BPS credit, and similar credentials.
Learning Management System (LMS) - Docebo Account: Following the consolidation of the Personify accounts, the assigned team members will proceed to merge the accounts within Docebo. It is essential to verify the existence of duplicity of completed / in progress training material and merge the accounts accordingly. Upon successful merging of the accounts (if required), the secondary account should be deleted.
✨ Verify that the Docebo account that is kept reflects the correct member / non-membership status, so learner can view appropriate catalog.
